How do I purchase tickets?

Browse events, select your desired event, choose ticket type and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refund policies vary by event. Check the specific event's terms or contact the organizer directly through the event page. Most events allow refunds up to 48 hours before the event.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking for Indian customers, and international cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Where can I find my tickets?

After purchase, check your email for the confirmation. You can also view all your tickets in "My Account" section under "My Tickets."

How do I become an event organizer?

Click on "Become an Organizer" in the navigation menu and complete the registration process. It takes less than 5 minutes and you can start creating events immediately.

What are the fees for hosting events?

We charge a small service fee per ticket sold. Free events have no fees. You'll see the complete fee structure during event creation.

When do I receive my event earnings?

Payouts are processed within 7 days after your event concludes. You can track earnings and request payouts from your organizer dashboard.

How do I promote my event?

We provide built-in promotional tools, email marketing, social media sharing, and featured placement options. Contact organizer support for marketing assistance.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and we never share your data with third parties.
